SPRING 2015 BOYS TRYOUTS FEB 28 & MAR 1- TRYOUTS STILL ON TODAY SUN MAR 1!

The NOVA Heat tryouts for the Spring AAU 2015 season will be held Sat Feb 28 and Sun Mar 1 at Hoops Plus in Sterling, VA. Note that a new date has been added after a day of tryouts were cancelled due to weather.

Our tryouts are FREE to all participants. Each player should bring a PLAIN WHITE T-SHIRT to the tryouts. Please click on the TRYOUT SCHEDULES link at the top of the webpage. The Tryout Schedules page has links to the REGISTRATION FORM, the MEDICAL RELEASE FORM, and the HOOPS PLUS WAIVER. Please fill them out and bring them to the tryouts.

Note that the 9th Grade Tryouts are INVITATION ONLY. Here is the schedule for 4th, 9th, and 10th Grades:

10:30 - 12:00 PM -- 9th Grade (15U) Elite -- Blue Court (INVITATION ONLY)

NOVA HEAT SPRING KICKOFF TOURNAMENT MARCH 21-22, 2015

EP/PRAXIS WINTER TRAINING SCHEDULE

The program will lead them into their post seasons, AAU tryouts, and showcases! It is designed to ensure players are maintaining proper technique, elusive ball-handling skills, shooting mechanics, and game awareness!

The EP session focuses on muscle recovery, flexibility, strength maintenance, and most importantly, injury prevention.
